A Better Ending for Homes that Deserve Another Look

A home can hold years of wonderful memories and still struggle to connect with today’s buyers. That doesn’t mean there’s something wrong with the home. Sometimes, it simply needs a fresh set of eyes and the right investment to help buyers see its potential again.

We created BloomHouse after seeing the same frustrating story play out again & again. A well-loved, lived-in home enters the market alongside recently updated properties, but today’s buyers only see dated finishes or a project they don’t have the time or money to take on. The home sits. Price reductions follow. Eventually the owner is forced to accept far less than the home could have been worth with the right improvements.

After years of seeing the same thing and having the same conversations, this just never sat right with us.

Our team has been through multiple real estate cycles and more design trends than we can count. We’ve listed and sold hundreds of homes while also buying, renovating and reselling properties ourselves. We understand the entire process, from recognizing which improvements will truly matter and presenting the finished home with your agent in a way that gets buyers excited.

BloomHouse brings the experience, research, relationships and capital needed to help transform an underperforming property into a home buyers want. Sometimes that means investing a few thousand dollars in thoughtful updates. Sometimes it means taking on a much larger renovation. Every home is uniquely different, and we approach it that way.

At its heart, BloomHouse is a partnership. If your home or your client’s listing has stopped getting the attention it deserves, we’ll listen, take an honest look, and see whether there’s a better path forward.

That’s how we turn Cold to Sold.

The Process

BloomHouse identifies distressed properties, underwrites an as-is value and a renovation scope calibrated to maximize resale price relative to cost, funds and project-manages the renovation using the company's own capital and contractor network, and then supports remarketing and sale of the improved home — typically through the existing or a newly engaged listing agent. Proceeds are distributed through a pre-agreed waterfall so both the seller and the company benefit directly from the value created.
